Creative Graphic Art
"Good graphic design is the result of the endless search for beauty in things"
Driven by curiosity and instinct to make ideas happen, I engage passionately in the process of designing, creating something that resonates with my own identity and style..
I design in Arabic, English and Dutch. Though I am most curious about Arabic language typography and calligraphy,

HURRIYAH (arabic letters for FREEDOM)
IN A BLACK FRAME
After I moved to The Netherlands in 2016, I have witnessed the 5th of May, the Liberation Day of the Dutch nation and the freedom they practice so dearly, and it made me reflect about freedom, what is means to me as A Palestinian/Dutch who lived mostly in an occupied land where freedom is a rare luxury.
This work is one of the Freedom series I am working on. more coming soon!
HURRIYAH (ARABIC LETTERS FOR freedom) is female
Having to deal with stigmas about women in my upbringing, and restrictions pulled on women who are deprived of their right of freedom, I introduce this art work, and dedicate it to all Palestinian women!
When working on a Logo design for Fairuz bar/restaurant (Fairuz is torquise, and the name of a famous Lebanese singer), I was playful with Arabic fonts..
Arabic language and fonts are absolutely beautiful with their detailed features and structure.
